Subscriptions and auto-renewal

• SaveSame offers a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, billing continues at $39 per office per month.
• The subscription auto-renews monthly until canceled.
• Cancel anytime in one click via the Stripe Customer Portal (link from your account Dashboard → Manage / cancel).
• Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the charge.
• We email you a reminder about 3 days before your trial ends with the amount, charge date (America/New_York), and a cancel link.
• If you use Delete my data & account, we cancel any active Stripe subscription immediately (when billing is configured) before erasing your account data.

Product disclaimers

• We do not guarantee savings. Historical price differences are not a promise of future savings.
• Verified comparisons require the same manufacturer + MPN + identical pack. Every savings figure must be reproducible from the stored match and its price-check date.
• You place your own orders with suppliers. We do not purchase automatically or place orders for you.
• SaveSame is not affiliated with or endorsed by any supplier or distributor unless a written agreement says so.

Your Content and Data

You keep ownership of the content you submit. In this section, Your Content means materials you submit to SaveSame that are not Excluded Data. Usage Data means account, billing, and product-usage information.

• License to us. You grant SaveSame a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and sublicensable license to host, copy, process, analyze, modify, create derivative works from, and use Your Content and Usage Data to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Service and to develop new products and services.
• AI and machine learning. We may use Your Content and Usage Data to train, evaluate, and improve artificial intelligence and machine learning models, including models used by us or provided to third parties, subject to the Excluded Data section and your opt-out choices described in our Privacy Policy.
• Aggregated and de-identified data. We may create aggregated, anonymized or de-identified data from Your Content and Usage Data (“Aggregated Data”). Aggregated Data does not identify you or any individual. We own Aggregated Data and may use, license, sell and otherwise commercialize it for any lawful purpose, during and after your use of the Service.
• Sharing and sale of data. As described in our Privacy Policy, we may share or sell certain data—including personal information—with partners and other third parties. Where the law gives you the right to opt out, you can do so anytime at Your Privacy Choices or by emailing hello@savesame.com.
• Survival. This section survives termination, except that we will stop using identifiable data from your account for new model training and sharing after you delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Excluded Data. Supplier invoices, order history, and pricing from a customer’s own supplier accounts, and any patient or practice-identifying data, are used only to provide the service. They are never sold and never used to train AI models. Only Aggregated Data (de-identified) may be derived from them. This section does not override any law or platform policy that limits our use of the Excluded Data.
