Forward your supplier order emails
Prefer not to Connect Outlook/Gmail? After you start, your office gets a private unguessable address like o-<token>@in.savesame.com. Create a mail rule once. Every new supplier order or invoice email is parsed and monitored automatically.
Henry Schein®, Patterson®, Benco®, Darby®, and other names are trademarks of their owners. SaveSame is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Why forwarding (not supplier logins)
- We never ask you to enter a Henry Schein, Patterson, Benco, or Darby password.
- You keep supplier accounts private; SaveSame only sees what you forward.
- Routing is reversible: remove the rule anytime.
Setup (about 3–5 minutes)
- Start SaveSame → copy your
o-…@in.savesame.comaddress from the dashboard. - In Gmail or Outlook, create a filter/rule: supplier order/invoice mail → forward to that address.
- If Gmail asks to confirm forwarding, the confirmation is auto-accepted only when a pending setup exists for your office token.
- Only mail from your verified sender address or domain is parsed; everything else is quarantined (not parsed).
Safety limits
- Per-token rate limit: 60 messages/hour.
- Attachments over 5 MiB are dropped and quarantined.
- Forwarded mail goes only to SaveSame's secure processing service, never to a person's inbox.
What gets parsed
- Forwarded order/invoice emails from suppliers you allowlist (e.g. order confirmations).
- Line items: manufacturer + MPN + pack when present. No patient data.
Gmail Connect (later)
Gmail gmail.readonly is a restricted scope and typically needs Google verification plus a CASA assessment before production. Forwarding stays the Gmail fallback.
PunchOut / EDI (later)
Official PunchOut/EDI with suppliers is a separate quote-based B2B track. It does not require storing your web-login password. Not in v1.
