What does SaveSame do?

A dental office forwards or uploads supplier invoices and order confirmations. SaveSame exact-matches products by manufacturer, MPN, and pack size against labeled public pricing sources and shows historical price differences in a savings report. It does not place orders for you.

No. Catalog prices and availability change. Every figure is tied to a stored match and a price-check timestamp.

Do you need patient records or my practice-management system?

No. Purchasing documents only. Never upload patient charts, insurance cards, or treatment records.

Do you need my Henry Schein or Patterson password?

No. Forward order emails or upload PDFs/CSVs. We never store supplier passwords and never log in as you to a supplier site.
